Microsoft 365 Copilot

Microsoft 365 Copilot is an AI-powered productivity tool integrated into the Microsoft 365 suite. It collaborates with you in real-time, enhancing creativity, productivity, and skills. By coordinating large language models (LLMs), content from Microsoft Graph, and apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, Copilot assists with drafting, summarizing, and generating content. For instance, in Word, it writes, edits, and creates alongside you. In Outlook, it provides coaching tips and summarizes email threads.

Copilot in PowerPoint

With Copilot, now everyone can take information from Word documents or Excel worksheets and create an outstanding presentation. Copilot enables users to create visually appealing PowerPoint decks with unique themes best suited for their presentations’ purpose and tone.

Copilot in Outlook

To save time and improve productivity in Outlook, Copilot can summarize long email threads to quickly draft suggested replies to help you clear your inbox. Copilot in Microsoft Teams

With Copilot, you no longer need to miss any meetings! If your attendance is not critical to a meeting, rather than declining the invite, you can choose to “follow” it. Microsoft Endpoint Manager

Microsoft Endpoint Manager in combination with Intune is a cloud-based service that focuses on mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM). You control how your organization’s devices are used, including mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. You can also configure specific policies to control applications. For example, you can prevent emails from being sent to people outside your organization. Intune also allows people in your organization to use their personal devices for school or work.
